Post some favourite videogame artwork from any platform!

Here is one of my faves from the Spectrum (great game too!)

Cover art? Or ingame art too?

Bob Wakelin's cover art for Ocean/Imagine is amazing. I really like Oliver Frey's Thalamus stuff as well (and his magazine covers). Some of my Wakelin prints:

Aye, the old Atari covers are great! The is on my to buy list.

I have a soft spot for the old Philips Videopac G7000 covers as well, it was the first console I had, and Munchkin is still one of my favourite games.

Ah yes, cover art! Title amended.

I agree with you both there - Wakelin and Frey ftw! And I was going to suggest some Atari stuff myself.

I spotted this one on Twitter the other day:

Great - and scary - R-Type cover!

Another set of covers I always liked: those cartoony Codemasters covers - Dizzy, Seymour, Puff, Slightly Magic, etc.

Random examples:

Speaking of cartoony covers, Mastertronic had some great ones, like P.O.D.:

Yes! The Seymour covers were always great.

I think this is my favourite Dizzy cover:

And I always like this one from Mastertronic:
